Following a decision by the Labour National Executive Committee (NEC) Jeremy Corbyn will be on the next ballot paper for electing the leader of the Labour Party.

There was some doubt on this point as it seemed as if the rule book suggested that any candidate for the job had to get the support of 20% of the current Labour MPs. Something that Jeremy Corbyn might struggle to do at the moment, given the vote of no confidence.

However the NEC decided, by 18 votes to 14, that this only applies to challengers, not the incumbent leader. He (or she) gets an automatic pass.
