I've sent my application for an Irish passport to the embassy in London today.
I have every reason to believe I'll be successful in applying for Irish citizenship because I was born in Northern Ireland.
An Irish passport will mean that even if Brexit goes ahead I will still be a citizen of the EU, with right to freedom of movement and the right to work anywhere in the EU.
I think this will make me more attractive to employers, especially those in the higher tech industries where I work. Brexit Day 7: City firm halts recruitment of Brit grads. At the end of the day I need to have a job to pay the mortgage and feed my family. I will do what I have to keep food on the table.
I am disappointed that I have been forced into doing this by the Leave campaign and the referendum result :(
