In the last 48 hours he's lost at least 38 people out of his shadow government. It's literally unprecedented - I've never seen anything like it.
The Labour Party MPs are talking about holding a ballot on a vote of no confidence in him tomorrow.
In theory the Labour Leader is elected by the party, not by the MPs so a vote of no confidence has little meaning in that respect.
However if you have a party leader in whom the rest of the party's MPs have no faith you have a real problem, and a problem that must be sort out before the party can be effective.
